At 50T, we want you to love what you buy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return & Exchange Window

You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • The product tags must be intact.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or neglect.

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance events (unless defective).

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Include your order number, product details, and reason for return/exchange.

Once your request is reviewed, we’ll provide instructions for shipping the item back.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

  • If you prefer an exchange, we’ll ship the replacement item once the returned product is received and approved.

NOTE

To request a return or exchange, the customer must share a clear photo of the product with the tag attached. After we verify the photo, the request will be approved. Once approved, the customer must courier the product to our address, and the courier charges will be borne by the customer.
